The HUSD College and Career Fair is happening Thurs, Feb 27, 2020 from 4:30-7:00 pm at the District Office Annex. Explore various colleges and career fields, military, and other post-secondary options. All 7-12 grade students & families welcome.
FYI: The VVC Rambassador is not able to come to Shadow Ridge tomorrow 2/26/20. We will let you know when he is scheduled to come back.
Our field trip for the Pathways to Success Career Exploration Fair at the San Bernardino Co Fairgrounds (7-12 grades) is tomorrow! The bus departs Shadow Ridge at 8:30 am & returns at 12:30 pm. There are food vendors there if you want to bring money. If you haven't turned in your permission slip, bring it with you tomorrow.

HUSD's College & Career Fair will be held Thursday, Feb. 27, from 4:30-7pm at the HUSD Office in the Annex Building. All middle and high school students are welcome! With representation from many prestigious organizations, our students will be guided to plan a future of success.
Attention Students! There will be a Rambassador here at Shadow Ridge tomorrow, 2/12/20 from 12pm to 2:30pm AND Wed 2/26/20 from 8:00am to 10:30am to help you start and/or finish up your application to VVC. This process is crucial in order for you to get PRIORITY Registration next year. DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER WITH YOU...IT IS MANDATORY.
Reminder to our Shark Families: There is no school Monday 2/10/20 for HUSD students. Have a wonderful three-day weekend and we will see you all on Tuesday!

Some of our students were lucky enough to attend OIA Initiative Aviation Day at the Ontario International Airport over the weekend. They had the opportunity to meet distinguished professionals in the field and learn about career opportunities in the Aeronautics & Aviation fields.
Our middle school girls were able to attend the Celebrating Women in Math & Science event at VVC today, attending hands on informational sessions where they learned about the various career fields related to math & science given by women currently in the field! Way to go Sharks!
Attention 7th & 8th grade GIRLS! The field trip to VVC Celebrating Women in Math & Science is this Friday, 1/24/20. If you have not turned in your permission slip, please do so ASAP. The time to meet at Shadow Ridge has moved to 7:15 am. Lunch will be provided. Dress comfortably.

Hi Shark Families. Just a reminder that today, 12/13 and next Tuesday, 12/17 are our last Cocoa w/ the Counselor days where students can stay for both sessions and get some extra work time in at school. Snacks are provided. Tues is also the last day for tutoring so come on in!

Need to get an extra session? Come to our Cocoa with the Counselor days: 12/11, 12/13, and 12/1. You can stay for both sessions.
Jan 6th – Jan 10th is set aside for parent-teacher conference and a master agreement re-signing. There will be no tutoring available during that time. Sign-up information is coming soon.
Students are not mandated but encouraged to continue to work on their coursework during the break.
